Life is not a destination. It is a journey of life experiences impacting one’s daily living for better or for worst. Tribulations are daily occurrence. Buddhism in Daily Life provides a comprehensive understanding of life’s imbalances with answers to satisfy the inquisitive mind. It is a guiding principle as an antidote to life’s miseries and grievances.

 

This course is tailored to enable every individual to understand the vicissitudes of life in order to attain happiness and peace of mind. Students get to learn the fundamentals of Buddha’s teachings with special emphasis on how to apply them in our daily living. The topics are explained in a simplified manner so that beginners can understand, apply and discover the paths to peace and happiness and to lead a meaningful life.
